The NeoFlex uses intelligent swing-flip technology designed to actively control part orientation.

 

The design of the flip-gate mechanism is simple, but elegant. It yields much greater pick success rates than relying on random vibration and reject cycles.

How it works

  1. Part moves to flip gate

  2. Flip gate drops from the weight of the part

  3. Flip gate drops past vertical position and the part falls forward, top first.

  4. Part exits the active flip gate and the flip gate returns to initial horizontal position due to the counter weight balance
