The pick rate varies largely based on the type of parts and their optimal picking orientation. Besides, it also depends on the robot, the vision system and the picking system. Typically, the highest achieved feed rate from competitive Flex feeders is between 20 and 50 parts per minute. In NeoFlex's design as a recirculating flex feeder that continuously redistributes parts until they are properly separated and visible to the robot vision system. Neoflex also provides an extremely high reorientation performance in comparison to all other flex feed systems the amount of pickable parts in the robots vision systems field of view is consistently filled with good pickable parts.
Thus making the pick rate as fast as the vision system can identify the part and the robot picking it.
Unlike other flex feed systems the pickable part rate belongs to their flex feeder capabity limits , in with NeoFlex flex feeder it is how fast the robot/vision system can pick the part.

By simply sliding off and replacing the modular tops, the feeder can be repurposed to match your exact application requirements, maximizing both versatility and long-term value.
NeoFlex is compatible with all the robot vision guidance systems, such as Fanuc, Cognex, Keyence, Sick, Data Logic, Sensorpart, Omron, Epson, MVtec, etc.
Our flex feeder tops are designed for rapid changeover, allowing the entire feeder surface or just a section to keep parts from rolling while waiting for the vision system to recognize the part The tops can be exchanged in just seconds.
For components that tend to roll or require additional control, structured vision area surface plates are available. A wide range of interchangeable tops can be selected for each flex feeder, and custom surfaces can also be engineered and manufactured to meet specific application requirements.
We can evaluate and determine the optimal surface configuration for every component and document part behavior. This process ensures that system performance requirements are consistently achieved — and in most cases, exceeded.
